Certified manual lymphatic drainage, post-surgical recovery, and women's wellness — designed to return your body to flow, balance, and quiet strength.
Portrait placeholderI'm Nichole — founder of Soul Fire Wellness and a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist serving women across Riverside County. My work lives at the intersection of clinical precision and spiritual presence: lymphatic science, post-surgical recovery, and the deep, slow medicine that returns a woman to her own body.
Whether you're recovering from a major procedure, navigating hormonal shifts, healing your gut, or simply tired of feeling inflamed and unwell, you don't need another protocol to push through. You need someone who will listen, assess, and treat the root — gently, professionally, and without rushing the process.
Credentials: California Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #90605), with MLD-C and CPST credentials through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Vodder-technique trained. Currently pursuing herbalism certification through the Genesis School of Natural Health and advanced women's health coaching.

Every session is rooted in the same belief — that the body wants to heal, and the lymphatic system is the bridge. Whether you're here for surgical recovery or a deeper restoration, the work is meticulous, individualized, and unhurried.
Faster healing. Smoother results. Confident recovery.
Specialized post-op manual lymphatic drainage for cosmetic surgery clients. I work alongside your surgeon's protocol to reduce swelling, prevent fibrosis, support optimal contour, and shorten the road back to feeling like yourself.
For the woman who's done pushing through.
Restorative lymphatic and nervous-system work for women navigating hormonal imbalance, chronic inflammation, gut dysfunction, lipedema, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying too much for too long.
A four-pillar framework I developed to guide every client home to their body. Each session moves through the pillars your body needs most — meeting you where you are, not where a protocol says you should be.
Move stagnant fluid, release inflammation, and open the body's natural detox pathways through skilled manual lymphatic drainage.
Calm the nervous system. Settle the body out of fight-or-flight and into the parasympathetic state where true healing happens.
Extend the work beyond the table with self-MLD, dry brushing, and the daily rituals that keep your body in flow between sessions.
Re-integrate body, breath, and spirit. Step back into rhythm with your cycle, your energy, and the deeper why behind your healing.
For the woman ready to commit to her body's healing — signature series and packages designed around my four-pillar method for whole-system change, not single-session symptom relief.
A four-week return to whole-system balance.
The Lymphatic Reset moves you sequentially through the four pillars of my signature method — releasing stagnation, regulating the nervous system, embedding restorative rituals, and returning your body to its natural rhythm. Each session builds on the last, layering deeper integration into the work for true whole-system restoration.
Open the lymphatic pathways. Release fluid stagnation and inflammation through skilled, full-body manual lymphatic drainage.
Settle the nervous system out of fight-or-flight. Restore the parasympathetic state where deeper healing happens.
Carry the work home with self-MLD, dry brushing, and daily rituals that keep your body in flow between sessions.
Integrate body, breath, and rhythm. Step back into alignment with your cycle, your energy, and the deeper why behind your healing.
Ideal for clients navigating chronic inflammation, hormonal shifts, burnout, post-surgical recovery, or anyone ready to commit to a real reset — not another quick fix.
Begin Your ResetAn accelerated four-week reset for whole-system optimization.
For the woman ready to commit fully. Twice-weekly sessions create the cumulative momentum that single weekly visits can't reach — moving stagnant fluid out faster, calming the nervous system more deeply, and embedding restorative rituals through repetition. Every session moves through my four-pillar method, with progressive intensity from week to week.
Twice-weekly lymphatic drainage keeps fluid moving constantly — accelerating detox, immune function, and tissue restoration.
Sustained parasympathetic activation across the program rewires your stress response and restores deep nervous system rest.
Daily self-MLD, dry brushing, and home rituals layered between sessions — turning short-term work into lasting habit.
Re-integrate body, breath, and rhythm at every session. By week four, you are not the same body you started in.
Ideal for the deeply committed — clients pursuing serious health optimization, accelerated recovery from chronic inflammation, or full-body restoration before a major event, surgery, or season of life.
Begin the IntensiveTwelve sessions of lymphatic facial massage for visibly sculpted, radiant skin.
A dedicated series of lymphatic facial massage — twelve focused sessions of facial drainage, gua sha, and facial cupping delivered two to three times a week. Where a single facial gives you a glow, the cumulative rhythm of the Luminous Series sculpts the jawline, drains chronic puffiness, eases the tension held in your face, and leaves your skin visibly lifted and lit from within.
Ideal for the woman preparing for an event, navigating facial puffiness or jaw tension, or simply ready to invest in her most radiant, sculpted skin.

No — and I want to be very clear about why.
Incisional drainage involves opening or manipulating a surgical incision to release fluid. This is a medical procedure that should only ever be performed by a licensed medical professional — your surgeon or a member of their clinical team — in a sterile environment.
Every time an incision is reopened, you introduce the risk of infection, delay the natural closing and sealing of the wound, and disrupt the tissue repair process that your body is working hard to complete. Incisions are designed to heal from the inside out. Interfering with that process — even with the best intentions — can lead to serious complications including infection, wound dehiscence, and scarring.
If you have concerns about fluid accumulation, hardness, or seromas near your incision sites, please contact your surgeon directly. The lymphatic system works internally — MLD is highly effective at moving fluid and reducing swelling entirely through the body's own pathways, with no incisions involved, ever.
These are two very different approaches, and the distinction matters — especially in the early stages of post-surgical healing.
Brazilian lymphatic massage is a popular modality often performed by estheticians and general massage therapists. It tends to use more stimulating, higher-pressure strokes focused on visible contouring results. While it has its place in later-stage recovery, it is not designed for the precision required immediately after surgery.
The Vodder technique is the gold standard in manual lymphatic drainage. Developed by Dr. Emil Vodder in the 1930s and refined through decades of clinical research, it uses specific, light, rhythmic strokes mapped precisely to the anatomy of the lymphatic system. I am trained and certified in the Vodder technique through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
In the early stages of healing — the first days and weeks after surgery — your lymphatic vessels are fragile, your tissues are inflamed, and your incisions are actively closing. This is when technique precision matters most. Too much pressure can damage healing tissue, disrupt lymphatic pathways, or drive fluid in the wrong direction. The Vodder method's light touch and anatomical specificity make it the safest and most effective choice for true post-surgical care.
MLD is a specialized, gentle massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, remove metabolic waste, and support the body's natural healing processes. Unlike traditional massage, it uses light, rhythmic strokes to move lymph fluid toward functioning lymph nodes — making it especially effective after surgery, for lipedema, and for chronic inflammation.
For most cosmetic procedures — including Lipo 360, BBL, tummy tuck, and breast augmentation — sessions can begin as early as 24–72 hours post-op with your surgeon's clearance. Starting early is key: the lymphatic system is most responsive in the first few weeks after surgery, and early MLD dramatically reduces fibrosis risk and accelerates visible results.
It depends on your procedure and goals. Post-surgical clients typically see the best outcomes with 6–12 sessions in the first 4–6 weeks. Wellness and lipedema clients often benefit from an ongoing maintenance schedule. I'll assess your needs at your first session and recommend a realistic plan — no pressure, no packages you don't need.
It's also important to understand that full surgical healing takes 1–2 years. The visible swelling may resolve in the first few months, but the deeper tissue — collagen remodeling, scar maturation, and lymphatic pathway restoration — continues long after. Because of this, many post-surgical clients continue MLD on a maintenance basis for up to a year, tapering frequency as their body stabilizes. Regular sessions during this window support long-term results, reduce the risk of fibrosis, and keep the lymphatic system functioning optimally as healing progresses.
We'll begin with a short intake conversation about your health history, surgical timeline, and goals. The session itself is deeply relaxing — pressure is light and precise, never painful. You may leave feeling lighter, less swollen, and noticeably calmer.
In the hours after your session, it's common to experience increased urination as your body flushes the mobilized lymph fluid, mild thirst, and a sense of deep fatigue or sleepiness. These are all signs your lymphatic system is actively responding. Drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid salty foods, processed foods, and refined carbs for the rest of the day — these all contribute to fluid retention and work against the drainage you just supported.
No — MLD is one of the gentlest bodywork modalities available. The strokes are light and rhythmic, designed to work with the superficial lymphatic vessels just beneath the skin. Post-surgical clients who are tender or bruised consistently find sessions comfortable and relieving. If anything ever feels uncomfortable, I adjust immediately.
In the early stages after surgery, the body is in the inflammatory phase of healing — typically the first 5–7 days post-op, though this varies by procedure and individual. During this phase, the body floods the area with increased blood flow, white blood cells, and signaling proteins to begin tissue repair. Swelling, warmth, and tenderness are not only normal — they are necessary. The lymphatic capillaries in this phase are fragile, newly disrupted, and working hard to re-establish flow.
Harder does not mean better results. Applying too much pressure during the inflammatory phase can rupture delicate lymphatic capillaries, increase localized inflammation, disrupt the clotting and tissue-repair process, and — critically — contribute to fibrosis, the hardening and thickening of connective tissue that many clients are trying to prevent. The goal in early sessions is to gently encourage fluid to move toward intact lymph nodes, not to force it.
As healing progresses into the proliferative phase (roughly days 5–21), the body begins laying down new collagen and granulation tissue. Swelling starts to decrease and tissue becomes more tolerant. This is when light-to-moderate pressure may be thoughtfully introduced to support scar mobility and deeper drainage. By the remodeling phase (typically 3–6 weeks and beyond, continuing up to 1–2 years), more targeted pressure, manual scar work, and deeper Vodder strokes become appropriate as collagen matures and reorganizes. Respecting this timeline isn't cautious — it's what produces the best long-term outcome. All work is done with your surgeon's approval and is intended to be fully supportive of their post-op care plan — not a replacement for it.
